Went for a post-op visit following an in-office surgical procedure. Office staff tried to charge me a $60 co-pay I do not owe as the visit was strictly post-op (I had the same procedure performed by other practices and I know that I don't owe any amount for a post-op visit under my insurance plan). The staff is very unprofessional and they lie to coverup after themselves. They are not for the patient at all. This practice has gone downhill. I do not recommend

I tried to schedule an appointment because the one of the doctor that practice here had good reviews, but I should have taken heed of the previous reviews. After waiting for about an hour (which I was fine with, I occupied my time with chores). After finally getting someone , they said they were booked until February. I said "okay". And then they hung up the phone on me. I did not even bother to call back because who ever was working on October 19th at ~10 am is extremely unprofessional. i had made this appointment 3 months ahead from the day i called because they were “over booked”… no problem. Then they cancelled my appointment the day before without alerting me or calling me to rescheduled so i unknowingly showed up and they told me there was no record of my appointment even though i had the screenshot on my penn med app. Whoever’s working at the desk. I just wanted to reschedule my appointment and whoever’s working over the phone August 8 today at 12:31 PM. They just literally cursed me out on the phone ... read more
