Been going here for years. I’m on Humira for Crohn’s. I have to get blood work a lot. The last two times I went here for blood work, it was mishandled and could not be used. The first time it happened was a mistake and I stressed the second time that I have to leave work early to make it here on time and need this to work out as I don’t get a lot of free time. This is the best lab! I love the professionalism of staff and putting me at ease.
We had a 11:45am appointment for blood work. It’s 1:05pm and we still haven’t been seen… disorganized and zero care for individuals time.

quanda and brittany are wonderful phlebotomists!!! sorry if i’m misspelling their names. i dread blood draws more than anything - sometimes if i even think about the process i will pass out. i needed SO MUCH bloodwork this month - i thought it would take me ten visits. we got it done in two. they are skilled, gentle, all around amazing!!!
