Staff was kind and efficient. Especially the young man who works at the patient registration desk.
I am a Community Health Worker for Penn Medicine and my wife was 9 minutes late for her appointment at this lab yesterday. They would not see her , and never tried to do anything for her .I'm completely taken back from the lack of compassion in the service that was ..never given .Is this what we do at Penn Medicine ?
Recently saw the doctor who suggested me to go downstairs and get bloodwork right after my appointment. Staff was kind and efficient. Especially the young man who works at the patient registration desk.
I say this one of the best hospitals in the West Philadelphia area they definitely did a decent job on my face I definitely had surgery recently
