Never want to come here again. They have hundreds of people in and out and you feel like youre treated like a number. Didn't even have a chance to see the doctor an hour and a half after my schedule appointment....and the worst part about this center is that they dont even have an accessible exam table for someone who's disabled. These people need to progress with the times and get accessible. Ada came out in the 90's...let's get either the program
I want to thank all the staff that took care of me during the one month I stayed at the hospital. Dr. Malhotra made me feel safe and guided from the very first time I met him all the way to today 3 months after surgery. I had a rare condition but Penn are one of the few that probably see this kind of condition the most. Had the most traumatic experience ever here that haunts me to this day. A few years back, I was having strange symptoms that I was concerned was MS and I was having severe anxiety about. The Medical Assistant who took me back to my appointment was extremely rude. I had severe anxiety and did not want to have my Blood Pressure taken because sometimes it makes me feel faint. I love penn neurosurgeon team ! They did a great job with my two brain surgeries. Treating my Chiari Malformation and my symptoms are mild now. Thanks Dr. Srinivasan. My hospital stay was great , the rooms are all that. And the food is Good. The nurses and staff are very nice! 😊
