I arrived at 6:45 AM as advised for my 7:00 AM appt on the 14th floor OBGYN. The doors were locked and I was expected to stand outside until they were ready for me because “Penn says we open at 6:45 but we really don’t open until 7”
I call my Drs. office and the call transfers directly to the Drs office next store,,after several months of this happening nothing has been done...lines at elevators..so second class
The wait time for the elevator was ridiculous. In addition after getting to my appt. I waited 2 hours until I was seen and I was not even seen by the provider that should have seen me. After an hour and 45 mins they decided to let me know that there was an emergency.. very unprofessional!!
Horrible customer service immediately turned me away - I would NOT recommend anyone go here. I called to ask if they had any appointments available on Monday afternoons - I have conflicts the other days. The receptionist offered me one time slot, which I wasn’t able to make so I asked her if there was any availability later that day or any day in the future - even 3,4 months out I was okay with! My husband is in a wheelchair and had a 1:00pm appointment. We need to take the special Uberwav to get to appointments. Sadly the Uber was running behind which made us late for the appointment by 9 minutes. We even called to let them know. When we got upstairs they wouldn’t take us. I was told “no grace period for new patients”. I tried to explain that it was out of our control but was told to just reschedule and that we should have been 15 minutes before our appointment.
