This office has been a headache from day one. They wanted me to get my ultrasound before my appointment. I spoke to them to let them know everyone is scheduling weeks out n when I did finally find one I was sitting in the office for HOURS because they sent me with the wrong script. The office n I called their office so much that the emergency line knew us by name. Between parking and waiting for the elevator your guaranteed to be late for your appointment. They told me I had to reschedule after waiting months for my appointment. They really do not care about their patients

First floor security would not allow me to visit my Doctor. I was met with prejudice, discrimination, aggression and abuse of authority by those working at the security desk. 2 hours after I left the building I received a phone call from a woman who did not identify herself by name but claimed that she is in charge of the Drs office. During our conversation the office manager accepted no responsibility for the behavior of the security personnel and decided to shift the blame to me because I didn't know what floor the Drs off... read more

Absolutely horrible! Will drop the ball every time …you literally pay them, to self diagnose yourself.They make stressful times even more stressful. Beware and don’t go there. Despicable! I wish I could leave 0 stars.So dissatisfied with their services.

I arrived at 6:45 AM as advised for my 7:00 AM appt on the 14th floor OBGYN. The doors were locked and I was expected to stand outside until they were ready for me because “Penn says we open at 6:45 but we really don’t open until 7”
