Never go to penn medicine Washington square 16th floor internal medicine. I was 5 minutes late for an appt due to waiting downstairs at the elevator. I waited months for this appt. I was not allowed to be seen because I was 5 minutes late according to the woman working the front desk. She was unbelievably rude with a lot of attitude. She scheduled me for a different appt in another 3 months and then when I got home I saw she scheduled me for a date that was completely different to what we agreed to.
