My husband is in a wheelchair and had a 1:00pm appointment. We need to take the special Uberwav to get to appointments. Sadly the Uber was running behind which made us late for the appointment by 9 minutes. We even called to let them know. When we got upstairs they wouldn’t take us. I was told “no grace period for new patients”. I tried to explain that it was out of our control but was told to just reschedule and that we should have been 15 minutes before our appointment. My first visit and it was very good my new doctor is so kind and respected understanding very good listener I wish I found this place along Time ago when I needed a new patient appointment I got one Right awat they have so many different doctors for so many different reasons if you are a woman who is in need of good ob/gyn care this is the place for you
Incompetent health care system
Called to schedule an appointment and was told they don't take my insurance even though on their website and my provider's website they said they do (called my insurance before hand to change my primary care doctor). Either they are flat out lying or they need to update their information.
