I have been dealing with penn medical for at least 25 years, not just known for its good doctors but they are also a teaching hospital. From my experience with them and family members they always go the extra mile My opinion one of the best hospitals statewide
We were told from primary to go emergency in ER. We came last night and this morning we were told that we had to be sited and wait 13 hours to getting room. 79 years old man was on the chair sine 9 pm and now it is. 7:32 am and still not in yet. I regret that I came in this hospital and made my parents to wait that long. All night on the chair so much disappointment. Then I was given a guest service number , I called but no help. Really bad experience and I am never coming back
