The wroste I been here since 10 am until 10 pm just to wait for my results and bringing more nurses and just repeating myself the same answers.
Impossible to get a sick appointment.
Impossible to get a sick appointment. Impossible to even get connected to your local office. Told you need to be triaged by a nurse in order to see a doctor for a sick appointment. Nursing line doesn’t call back. If I could give Penn Medicine zero stars I would. Look elsewhere for primary care.
It's clean, sometimes hecked but my doctor is good.
