My wife appointment was at 9, they told us we have a 15 mins grace period. We got here at 9:14 due to this Wheather with the bad snow and ice. They wasn’t able to see us because the doctor didn’t want to and didn’t have no explanation for it. Even the supervisor didn’t know what to say but to reschedule the appointment. That was unprofessional of them to do. What was the point of the 15 mins grace period smh
