I attended an appointment with a family member for a consultation about abnormal blood results. At Penn today, we met Fellow Dr. Jung Seo who was fantastic. He took the time to read through her chart before he walked in and immediately developed a solid rapport. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to easily and thoroughly answer all of our questions. He listened carefully and even took the time to review images with us to clarify his thoughts. My one star is not for being treated it’s for not be able to get an appointment! I’ve been trying for five months. Each time I call I’m told I need something different from my treating Dr. to qualify for an appointment. My husband called my treating Dermatologist office and I called Dr. Kennedy’s office and we put the phones together to have both receptionist speak to each other about what was needed to no avail!
