The University of Pennsylvania Hospital System has lost its ability to be humane. Once my husband became an incurable stage four cancer patient he was tossed aside. My daughter stated “dad is stage four and they (Penn) cut him off.” During his final hospital stay I made numerous calls to his hematologist who eventually stopped by and commented while entering the hospital room “boy it’s hot in here.” When my sister noted Steve (my husband) isn’t eating the physician commented “ well the food isn’t very good here.” Additionall... read more
I have to say the front desk personnel are terrible. They are never friendly, no smile and no acknowledgment of when you approach the desk. I have seen this time after time and knowing what people coming in there for its a disgrace from a customer service and caring for people perpesective. The only resaon to come are the DOCTORS NOT THE FROM OFFICE PEOPLE!
