Great staff except the front desk is ratchet.
great staff except the front desk is ratchet. went in today 2/14/25 at 6:45am. I was waiting patiently as I didn’t want to impede in the PSR’s space. I hate it when patients think that it’s ok to go into my personal space when I’m not ready. PSR said “well there’s no one else here so who do you think I’m talking to?” if this is how you treat someone as the first person you meet in the practice— whats that have to do with how everyone else is going to treat your care? That says something if this is ok (it shouldn’t be).
The most organized medical facility that I have ever been to.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Poll is terrific-I never mind the long wait times to receive excellent care. I could have chosen to see just about any cardiologist in Phila -I chose Dr Poll and have never ever had an occasion think of changing! By the way, I drive about 90 minutes every time I see him?
