Very competent doctors but as usual the reception is horrible. You are treated like you are in the army or checking in at Home Depot. Your name is shouted across the hall. The personnel is condescending, gives you attitude and it feels like you are bothering them. Why do these people work in health care? Why aren’t they trained to deal with customers?

I had Allison as my tech. She was excellent. Caring and nice and professional I would give her 5 stars for sure. I could go on and on. Best tech I ever had. Then I had an issue with Michelle who is the echo supervisor. I would give her 1 star. I was so embarrassed in front of my daughter. She was rude and bossy and not helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because of the manager. I have so many drs at Perelman and this is the first person I ever met with a bad attitude. After waiting for three months for todays 12:30 pm Appointment. I drive 1hr and 30 min fought the city traffic and parking jumped thru many “Check in” hurdles I arrived in the waiting room at 11:45 am. and finally at 1:30pm I was honored to see a lady who asked all the same questions as the “Check in” ladies did and was then told that Dr Bavaria was going on a 1 year sabbatical and was passing his patients off to someone else.
