I had Allison as my tech. She was excellent. Caring and nice and professional I would give her 5 stars for sure. I could go on and on. Best tech I ever had. Then I had an issue with Michelle who is the echo supervisor. I would give her 1 star. I was so embarrassed in front of my daughter. She was rude and bossy and not helpful at all. After waiting for three months for todays 12:30 pm Appointment. I drive 1hr and 30 min fought the city traffic and parking jumped thru many “Check in” hurdles I arrived in the waiting room at 11:45 am. and finally at 1:30pm I was honored to see a lady who asked all the same questions as the “Check in” ladies did and was then told that Dr Bavaria was going on a 1 year sabbatical and was passing his patients off to someone else.
