I'm still in the process of healing, but so far I cannot rate the Gynecologic Oncology team highly enough. I had a small procedure, but I have a lot of anxiety around doctors and had never had any sort of procedure done before. Dr. Fiona Simpkins has been so gentle with me, taking extra care to make sure I felt as unapprehensive as possible. Post-procedure, Jill (RN), has been so responsive to my calls and emails. Dr. Mateo was very kind to a very scared patient. I appreciate her and the medical student’s kindness and approach to helping their patients. I felt very comfortable talking to them and felt they listened to my concerns and needs.
