I was seen by Dr. here for GI pain & gallbladder surgery referral. He was very dismissive about my concerns, his recommendation was no surgery, there was nothing he could do about my stomach pain, suggesting it’s scar tissue from hernia surgery 5 yrs ago and advised me to seek physical therapy. Dr. did NOT address my concerns, he offered inappropriate treatment options, made me feel rushed, unsure, insecure and unheard. I’m frustrated with Penn providers.
