Please, do NOT sign a lease that has PMCs name on it, particularly for this property. In a rapidly deteriorating neighborhood they refuse to hire any security, opting instead to send emails to residents telling us to be mindful of who we open to door for. It’s on you, the renter. All this after telling me that water is included in the rent and we will increase your rent by max 5%. After one year, guess what? Good location right in the center of downtown. Bike, short bus ride or walk on nearby neighborhoods. Very accessible to airport and bus hub for domestic or international connection.

The experience my girlfriend and I had while touring and eventually moving into our apartment at the Penn Garrison was easy and enjoyable. Our leasing consultant was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond in order to make sure our move-in process was successful. We greatly appreciate her (and the rest of the staff's) attentiveness to detail, and their quick responses to our questions and requests.
