I have had good experiences being at Penn's emergency dept. I have gone while being really sick, but the nurses and staff were kind and helpful. My grandmother went while being extremely ill and she was seen and taken care of the staff were awesome and the care she received was great. Also, I appreciate the phone charging station that's offered if you need it.
Yup Josh Zallot PA -C was very nice and kind to me. The nurse was ok but a bit impatient and mildly rude but she contained herself. However, the diagnosis were not completely correct. Overall they gave me life saving treatments.

A man fell out of his wheelchair, and the staff simply stared at him with annoyance. They moved slowly, slowly put on gloves, and didn’t show actual concern. When he asked to lie down, he was ignored. There was no sense of urgency or immediate care. Prior to the fall, he had been calling for a nurse multiple times without any response.
