The staff here is very very uncaring and rude I've never been sat in a hall way told rooms was only for people who needed to be monitored which is crazy people pay to have privacy and not to where your medical is heard by half the city of pa then there was a man whom was clearly withdrawing and they treated him so horribly the doctor tried everything to help him from dulate oxycodone and Tylenol which imagine he is in a room and I know his whole medical by watching while they worked on him with the curtain open things where ... read more

Called to see if it was busy. 650 pm 9/11 so u can track and fire the employee who answered at the emergency room. I called and asked if it was busy then told her what happened to me. She said I don’t have time for ur games what u said is rediculous and we aren’t playing games with u. And she hung up. Most unprofessional phone call I have ever had. Disgusting human behavior! That’s Philly medical care I guess….

THE WORST HOSPITAL CARE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. FIRST I WALKED IN AND THE Big girl security guard was the rudest person I ever met to me and old people for no reason. Then im told I came at the best time that they weren't busy I waited 5 hours for something that was very dangerous my face was swollen in the danger triangle which could kill me. This place disgusted me in more ways than one. There was pissy sludge on the floor in one bathroom and the other had blood on the walls. The wait was 5 hours for severe stomach pain. Triage, I get it. After 3 and a half hours of waiting they took my wife back, took blood and put her in the hallway where she waited for another hour and a half. When I asked if she would be seen soon and mentioned the wait time, the nurse said, “Well she hasn’t been here (in the hallway) for four hours so…” I mentioned yea but 5 hours is still ... read more
