Great experience in the ER. The initial triage was efficient. Staff was nice, patient and kept me up to date on their plan. I thought they handled my case well. Of course, it was a long day into the night. After initial triage I waited in the waiting room then on a gurney in the hall with floor screens that gave me complete visual privacy. Long wait times have typically been my experience in ERs. So I was not surprised and came prepared for long waits. Reading other reviews I was initially hesitant to go to this ER.
