If you’re having pain or any type of emergency don’t waste your time here. I have been here for two hours and still haven’t been seen!! I’m in so much pain and nothing being done.

I'm surprised at all the bad reviews! The staff was very pleasant & respectful. The only thing is I was in terrible pain, they end up giving me Tylenol after I told them none of it worked and I went home still in pain I was so miserable. Went back because I couldn't take it anymore and advised them I'm still in pain and the medicine didn't work at all. They took a Rx ray & MRI said inflammation and something about a bone. They did give me something stronger for pain while there and finally got some rest. I was there for quit... read more

Isn’t Penn supposed to be the best? Beautiful facility BUT The most incompetent ER. Combative, Rude & unprofessional front desk staff including Alia, (ms) Marcus run by an insensitive, overworked charge nurse Maggie. (Surely does not represent the Magnet Certification) Staff obnoxiously SCREAMING out names of very sick patients. This is Penns Emergency health care system? After 7 1/2 hours of waiting to be placed in a high traffic hallway - no privacy, no dignity. Then come to find 2 empty rooms and another filled with staff... read more

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m here with my friend and we’ve been here since 7:30pm and it’s 11:40pm. We’ve told the staff how bad they’re feeling and they’ve done nothing about it. I feel the more I gently tell them how they’re getting progressively worse they’ve put her lower and lower on the non-priority list meanwhile there have been every other person called (ppl under the influence, ppl who face homelessness, people who cause a scene) but my friend.
