I could say so much about this practice. But I’ll start with the most important. Recently I found out I had a stomach tumor. (No they didn’t catch it) another hospital did after going to their ER. I’ve been calling Penn since I found out. I left messages on top of messages. Finally the receptionist from the particular doctor I was seeing called me back. got moved by Penn GI Pennsylvania hospital to this office because they had no DR. down town they treat me like a new patient even that I'm already 13 years with Penn got appointment only after 8 months, recently needed to renew my medicine they did nothing to make it work Dr, didn't connect me even one time after I left multiple messages do not go to Dr, Schmoyer, at all don't looks like he care at all avoid him if you care about your health
Don’t even bother trying to make an appointment with any gastroenterologist at Penn. I’ve been suffering with GI issues while I was pregnant. My OB which is also from Penn but in a GI referral. When I call to make an appointment, it was made a YEAR OUT! So, here I am waiting for my appointment in OCTOBER, today I get a letter in the mail saying my appointment is canceled!
