Wow. I’m shocked to see that this hospital have a 2.7 stars. This is supposed to be one of the greatest hospitals in Pennsylvania as far as I know. But when it comes to dermatology I see why. The dermatologist was giving me the wrong cream the entire time and i’m wondering why my face was getting worse. My face was getting worse because he changed my prescription to the lowest percentage and he told me it was the highest percentage. He told me that my old dermatologist was giving me the wrong one. It’s been about a year now,... read more

Penn Dermatology is the best for anything Dermatology related. I commute from Delaware to be seen by Dr. Micheletti and his team, they do a great job.

I'm 65, and my Penn dermatologist found a tiny spot on my forehead during a routine screening, biopsied it, and determined that it was Basal Cell Carcinoma, a common, slow growing cancer that rarely metastasizes. I had a tiny spot of BSC on my chest removed in 2019 and have just a faint white star-shaped scar. The Mohs surgery office provided me with absolutely no informati... read more

Dr. Sweta Subhadarshani is beyond outstanding! She is THE doctor to see for a diagnosis of complex skin conditions. I couldn’t believe how quickly she got me in to be seen, ran tests, and found a diagnosis (very rare condition, but she predicted it even from my physical exam). She prescribed me an oral medication which completely cleared up the symptoms that had sent me to the hospital room a few days prior. I am so thankful I went to Penn and I couldn’t recommend a doctor more highly than her!

I had an office visit on October 11th where I paid my $60 co-pay, but later found out from my insurance company that I owed $0 for this appointment. I called the billing department in October of 2024 and was assured I would receive a refund to my card within 10 business days. However, I never did. I recently called again to check on the status of my refund. I was informed that the $60 I am owed was instead applied without my consent to the "balance" in my account which consists of a December 2024 post-op podiatry visit where... read more
