Front desk staffs are friendly and efficient. Nurses are nice and helpful (my dad needs interpreter services and our nurse already has one on the line ready before we even enter the room). We saw Dr. Zhang, she was knowledgeable, quick but very thorough with diagnosis as well as treatment.
Current staff is exceptional. Almost no wait when I went in for my appt. Dr Zhang and the nurses are clearly very well-trained, had excellent bedside manners, and very good communication.
I love being a patient here the staff is so understanding and kind I appreciate everyone here
