Bad experience. Have been trying to get a form filled out for over a week. I called as the form got faxed. Then called again to check. Then called again to tell them it got faxed again in case they misplaced it. I still don't have this form filled out. I need it to start my medication. They lost the first form apparently and have dropped the ball multiple times this week in trying to resolve the issue. Dr. Zhou was amazing! She listened to my fears and took an older lady seriously. She was very informative, kind, and caring!
I have been waiting for pathology report for weeks. I was told to check my portal for results. The portal didn't acknowledge my information and wouldn't allow me to register. I tried contacting the office was left waiting for answer to the call for 15 mins. The next day the recording said try again later. There is no voicemail available to request a call back. They want you to use the portal, but the portal can't answer questions nor address concerns.
