I went here in February referred by my GI doctor. The doctor I saw did not listen well or take accurate notes. Because I know how some appointments can get confusing I took the time to type out notes of the progression of my issue which I gave to this doctor. What this doctor put in her notes was totally a work of fiction. She stated my problem was found on a colonoscopy and then added a copy of a report from a colonoscopy I had over 20 years ago.
