I was told when I arrive at 8am on the day of appointment, it would take approx. 2 hours. Once arrived they seemed friendly and asked to come into the workshop. After handing my car keys over, they parked my car outside and other cars drove into the workshop. I was then told that I could pick up my car in the afternoon (what happened to the 2 hour work time?).
