The technician this time was not very child friendly. My first bad experience. My child was crying and dismissed. Was not happy

Dr. Cary and the Peninsula Peds Dentistry are the best staff ever!!!
I love this place. The staff is very friendly. The hygienist are great with my children. The dentist is knowledgeable, great "bedside manner" and trust worthy. I have 3 kids and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes before they are calling us to be examined.
Everyone is friendly and professional from the front office staff to the time you check out . My daughters have been patients for over 8 years and I have yet to have a single issue or complaint
I WISH MY DENTAL OFFICE WAS AS EFFICIENT AS THIS OFFICE. I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT MIRE THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARE CALLING MY DAUGHTER'S TO GET CHECKED . I RECENTLY HAD AN ISSUE WITH BILLING AND THEY RESOLVED IT IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY COST TO ME. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF FROM BEGINNING TO END
We love going to PPD! We usually get there very early and they see us right away. The staff is welcoming and my daughter has no qualms about going to the dentist. Great job!
The staff is always nice and friendly and always keeping me informed on what needs to be done to keep my teeth healthy.
My son is autistic. He doesn't really like to be touched, much less his teeth cleaned. Dr. Bobby and his staff are very patient and caring with him!
