Dr. Bobby and his staff are fantastic. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric Dentist.
The dental hygienist was amazing. She took the time to show her all the tools and let her touch them so she wasn't afraid of them. As she was applying sealants she explained every step as she was going and encouraged her by telling her how good she was doing.
I usually have a fine time coming here with my 5 year old son. Mind you he has special needs and can't walk, talk, etc., but he does great at getting his teeth cleaned, etc. When we went in this time to see Dr. Keri there were way too many patients scheduled in a block of time and definitely not enough dentists. If my understanding was correct she (Dr. Keri) had a minor surgery scheduled for that day. I'm guessing it went over the time period. Great atmosphere for kids. The Doctor has a unique way to make the kids feel comfortable and at ease.
Our last visit was wonderful. The hygienist had lots of good advice and was good at working with kids. Dr. Bobby was informative and pleasant, as usual. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because during a visit last year the hygienist was not very child friendly.
We love this office. Dr. Alex and Dr. Bobby are both so fantastic with my kids, even when they aren't the happiest to be at the dentist. Dr. Alex has filled cavities and pulled teeth for my daughter who is terrified of the dentist. She was so patient and told her everything that was happening. We will miss them when we move later this year!
Staff is always very fun, but professional. The environment is very kid friendly. My children love it!!!
