Waiting time is short, staff are very warm and welcoming, lots of patience specially for my autistic son...
Dr. Alex and the team are very nice. Dr. Alex is great with my little 3 year old. My daughter does not love the dentist and she makes it very easy for her through the cleaning and exam.
I have never been disappointed in the quality of care my children have received with Dr. Bobby and his staff~ it is always a great experience!
Staff professionalism is beyond what would be normally expected. The experience was awesome as usual.
I was not at all pleased with this visit! I was not introduced to this new doctor who did a supposedly cleaning which didn’t even include toothpaste! My child is special needs and is usually given careful treatment. Perhaps the staff forgot it.
Although the staff was very much appreciated in how quickly we were able to get an appointment and be seen, there was no help in assisting me to get my son the surgery he needed. The dentist was super friendly and willing to explain everything that was going on and would need to be done. All of the young ladies in the back office that we came into contact with were super friendly and interactive with both myself and my child. Everyone here is very kind and friendly. They take their time and is very patient. Everyone is always smiling and so welcoming. They show that the truly care.
