Pro: Anissa was the star at this appointment! She was friendly, explained everything she was doing, and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Con: We sat in the front for 30 mins past my daughters appointment time. Could have been a little better with a quick "we havent forgotten about ya!" .
We normally have excellent service when we come to PPD. Our experience this time was not up to the excellence to which we are accustomed. There was only one person at the desk when we arrived. While the employee was polite and friendly, it was clear that she was overwhelmed being alone at the front desk. My three children had appointments, however she was only prepared for two of them. Great office. The staff were great with my 4 year old nephew, who is always anxious around doctors and nurses. They let him choose what position was comfortable for him to get his cleaning. He went at his own pace, which helped ease his mind and stop crying. He didn't have to go to the silent room during this visit. The dentist made sure we had and understood all the information we needed.

Dr Bobby is awesome! Hes very comforting and confident in what he does, which is relaxing for parents. The staff is very friendly and they put my kids at ease.
