We live in another state and were visiting family in HB. My son lost his bag of rubber bands for his braces and in desperation we called and asked if there were any rubber bands that we could buy from them so his Ortho treatment wouldn't regress. They told us to come right in and they gave my son two bags of rubber bands for free! We aren't even patients and they still gave us amazing customer service. If we lived in HB we would definitely choose this office.
The most friendly staff I've ever met! Always a great experience going there :)
