We had daikin zircon system installed 1.5 years ago with Peninsula air and got pen air to do service around 5 months ago. last friday the cooling part of the aircon broke down and my baby and i are pretty much stuck in a hot house. we have someone for pen air today to inspect the aircon and he said that it is due to a gas leak, but pen air would not be responsible for it and it is not included in product warranty. he said that we should call up to get someone to fix it, and he said he should be available to fix it on 27/12. ... read more

Peninsula Air Conditioning received a phone call from your husband 2 working days before our Christmas shut down (as you can see from our Facebook page our shutdown was from 24th Dec 13 - 6th January inclusive). At this time we were already fully booked up to Christmas.
