12 months ago the team at Peninsula Air installed 5 Daikin units and 2 compressors into our home. From quote to installation they were competitive, swift and kind. Last week they returned to do a routine service and I had the pleasure of another nice team. Well done Rod you have a delightful team.

Dreadful experience and terrible customer service. My two "technicians" came round to service my unit. They had a cup of tea and told me they'd have to come back. I still got charged the fee for the service which was a ridiculous amount. At no point was I advised that the servicing fee of $199 would apply regardless of whether the service was done or not. Avoid!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you feel this way. The charge was our call out fee to assess your air conditioner and report the findings back to the office. Upon arrival it became clear the air conditioner's evaporator fins were completely blocked with dirt and a longer thorough clean was required before any diagnostics could be undertaken.
