I am very pleased with my chiller purchase from Penguin. I agonized over where to buy a chiller for a long time. Other companies had steep prices and less than stellar reviews. My penguin chiller was very easy to set up and the customer service has been outstanding.
Worst American Made product I’ve ever bought. Failed with the first 2-1/2 months of use ( the condenser fan blew itself apart and took out the compressor) but was still under warranty. I had to ship the chiller back to the manufacturer on my own dime which was $453.00, took them 2 months to fix it and send it back, and I used it for maybe 3 weeks with no more problems. Fired it up for the first time in about 1-1/2 years a month ago, and it’s been running fine until today. The compressor isn’t running, just the condenser fan ... read more

Purchased a Cold Plunge a few years ago. It was one of the first ones they made. It was an expensive purchase and I was nervous in the beginning about maintenance and repairs. It is comforting to know that the people at penguin chillers have my back. They have bend over backwards to ensure the plunges is always working and up to date. The customer service and craftsmanship's are both top notch. I highly recommend them.
I am disappointed in the company. I purchased my cold plunge chiller about 5 months ago and really like the functionality and efficiently of the unit. It’s really easy to set up and chills consistently under 40 degrees. After about five months the unity went down and the compressor stopped working. I reached to the support team and they did a great job of helping get my unit fixed and sent back to me super quickly. They said the unit went down due to a faulty temperature probe.
