Installed complete system 8/17, next day informed them that the outside coil was vibrating and was very loud, after numerous trips, the tech stated they had to call thee manufacturer for warranty repairs/replacement. So it has now been 5 1/2 weeks without any response to repair or replace. Contacted manufacturer who said they have to contact a regional tech rep to come out to assess. Meanwhile I cannot hear my tv ov the noise and now it wakes me at night. These people suck and do not care for customers.
