Penfold's had previously put a new roof on our house and garage, and installed solar panels on our garage roof. We were so happy with their service that we hired them again to put solar panels on the roof of our house. They were excellent to work with, from start to finish, and helped us navigate the process of getting a federal no-interest loan that fully covered the cost of the solar installation! We're happy to be generating our own renewable energy to power most of our home's needs. Thanks to Hamish and the whole crew!
Quote was thorough and timely, they helped confirm my facia board replacement (only company who quoted a $ amount) they communicated next steps well and had the roof, facia boards replaced and cleaned up in two days. Excellent workmanship and very happy with the new look. They even painted my chimney black to match the roof. Attention to details.
We have used Penfolds in the past for our roofing and skylight needs. Based on our experience and that of our neighbours, we selected Penfolds for our current project. One of the most professional companies I have worked with. Adam came out the day we reported the leak and went with me in the attic to identify the problem. He came back a few days later with suggestions and options to replace the roof. Once agreed to the Brian, the site supervisor came to check on the job and give us a timeline. The email detailed what was going to happen and when. Dates and times of delivery were as advertised. Then the crew of 4 arrived except it was a double crew of 11. New roof at 3489 Lakedale Avenue, Burnaby There was nothing wrong with the previous Penfolds roof that was installed 23 years ago, but my Home Insurance company got antsy about the age of the roof and added a policy rider limiting coverage in case of a roof leak, so I opted to install a new Penfolds roof.

New Roof Penfolds did a fabulous job on our new roof. It was quite a steep project and required a lot of flashing and special angles. Particularly noteworthy is their attention to detail including roof edge flashing, ridge caps and small angle flashing to direct the rain water into the gutters. Very important to us was the way they left the work site so clean each day. There were no nails, shakes or roofing material to pick up like other roofers. New asphalt shingles roof and skylight Jose and Cynthia at Penfold were great to deal with throughout the whole process and were always friendly, helpful and responsive. The installation crew were outstanding - friendly and hard working. The whole job was completed in less than a week and the site was left clean and tidy.
