I have been playing racquetball for almost 50 years and have had several memberships at clubs around town. I consider PS&F to be my home away from home. After being there for almost 20 years, I couldn't imagine feeling as comfortable and welcome as I do now, anywhere else. The relationships I have developed are priceless. Top shelf! Went to observe my granddaughter's swim class for 3 & 4 yr olds. Instructor was excellent!

Everyone is super friendly. Workouts are challenging. Facility is clean and offers a ton of options. I love to swim. So, salt water pool is a huge plus!!

"My home away from home." I cannot praise the staff at Penfield Sport and Fitness enough. They are all so kind, respectful and helpful.
