This was my first visit and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Michelle had a nice touch as she cleaned my teeth and Dr Ciccone thoroughly reviewed my X-rays and discussed prior cavity wear and some things I can watch for. They did a cancer screening and discussed apnea and snoring options at my request. Overall, a very pleasant appointment and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a better dental experience!
We’ve been with Penfield Dental for almost 30 years. The staff has always done everything they can to make us comfortable and keep us informed. They are all truly about Quality! From the office staff to Dr. Ciccone himself, we’ve always been treated like we were their only patients. I’ve recommended their office to many and will continue to do so. I would not recommend this dental group to anyone based on the treatment I've received. I was referred by my dentist for emergency dental work to this group who was covering for my dentist while he was out of town. This group is "within network" for my insurance coverage. Upon completion of the emergency service, Penfield Dental charged me a large fee, stating that this amount was what was "not' covered by my insurance. I had a 12:10 Cleaning Appointment and that is exactly when I was called into the Hygienist Room. Very courteous and efficient. Love going to Penfield Dental due to great Service and Quality work!
