I recently received a voice mail message from Penco Management regarding unleashed dogs and their excrement. My next-door neighbors feed the feral cats, and I have previously reported this to both Golf View Estates and Springfield Township, to no avail. I was told, rather abruptly via email, that my next-door neighbors were no longer feeding the feral cats. They are the worst. I live in one of the properties they manage and they never get back to you, a leak will happen and they won't even tell you they went in and what they did. Terrible. I don't think they could be any lazier!
