2012 – Written Review: 7 Cars were broken into during the 19 months I lived there. Parking lot floods during spring and fall and during periods of heavy rain or high tide. I had a squairrel that lived in my walls for months that Maintenance could not fix. Ceiling leaked in my kitchen, they slowed the leak but did not fix the water damage. Great location, but not worth the hassel.
