Been a customer for years and I love Dimitri as he is very thorough, however Kimberly the receptionist was very rude when I told her I couldn't make an appointment the day before because of a work related emergency. I then call to make an appointment and give her my new insurance information. She then tells me that she will not schedule an appointment for me and I would have to walk in. They could improve by hiring new front office staff that is competent. Kimberly is rude and dishonest. When it is convenient for her she lies to cover her tracks. To call a patient a liar and not allow them to speak is disrespectful at best. She has ZERO customer service skills and should be TERMINATED. I WOULD NOT recommend this office to anyone and have contacted the BBB. They are unethical in their business practices, every time you go there the treatment plans and cost c… See more
