Horrible negotiating tactics, give you bottom dollar for your trade. Said they had a truck " kinda" like mine that nobody's test drove in 6 months. Apparently their inability to advertise and sell a vehicle is blamed on the guy trying to buy one from them.. save your time and go to Wilson Chevrolet in Stillwater ok.
Stopped by while out of town just killing time to look at the new Traverse. We were greeted promptly by Justan, very polite and knowledgeable. We are a GMC family and ended up purchasing a new Acadia Denali. We were treated with nothing but politeness and respect by Justan, Jason, and Eric. All were very accommodating and it was a pleasurable experience.
I just want to say that Ryan and Eric have been so good to me i have had my car in the shop three times and they always made sure that i had something to drive everytime i had a question they never pushed me away they answered all my questions so if you need a car i would say go to Ryan or Eric
They have had my truck for 2 weeks trying to fix a problem and have done nothing with it I have them a week started calling them every day to find out what’s going on and they say will call you back haven’t called me, insurance or the adjuster back horrible place to take your vehicle to get worked on!!!!
Such an amazing place to go if you want to get a new vehicle. I didn't even have plans on purchasing a vehicle when I went to look around. Troy was there to greet me when I arrived. I told him what I was wanting to look at and he showed me the couple of things they had. I ended up getting the vehicle that same day! So thank you to Troy and his co workers for getting me taken care of!!!
