I visited all the major dealerships in town today. As soon as i walked into the Chevy house by Lowe’s. The vibe was for me to leave. I’m sure they have missed plenty of sales just by being pompous. Your customer service is really poor. And i was ignored by the lady at the desk wile everyone else was just talking and staring 0% customer service. You guys suck and i would never recommend to anyone to go there. And i was just looking for a job.

Pemberton has had my truck for over 3 weeks now to fix the injection pump. 2 weeks ago they told me the truck was tore apart just waiting on the parts to get in. Last Thursday I call and they tell me min3 is next to be worked on that it hasn't been touched yet. After I tell him I was told it was tore apart already he says no I don't know why they would tell you that but the mechanic is finishing 1 this morning then will be on yours this afternoon. Requested truck they showed to have in Inventory. I was told it was sent to auction, but they would be happy to get it back. I fill out a credit app. Took a ding on my credit. Two weeks later Jason, Sales Mgr thought it was still at the auction. Was told by salesman Ryan, a week prior, they had picked it up. They evidently were not interested in my business. I don’t think I have ever been treated more poorly. Would not recommend.
