Great facility, lots of equipment and very clean. All staff very welcoming from front desk staff to instructors. Overall a wonderful supportive environment. Cost for classes were very reasonable. Big bonus is that they allow you to bring your baby when doing postpartum fitness classes!
Pelvico is a wonderful and inclusive work out space for postpartum women and their babies! Classes are challenging but accommodating and the workout space is clean and bright. The staff are so kind to jump in and comfort babies so moms can focus on their workout! The physio and massage services are amazing as well - always a quick response and a positive experience.
Saw Cat for a pelvic issue, which she gave me excellent advice for and then that progressed to all my other issues which she successfully is helping me deal with. Would highly recommend.
