Lindsey's compassion and care are very genuine and comforting.
Had a surgery and wound up in a different hospital having an emergency because of that one and I've had nothing but serious complications ever since and the doctor refuses to speak to me or the surgeon
I am very disapproving of how the scheduling and sloppy procedure handling it occurred. I had an appointment scheduled, which was made in person, for pelvic floor physical therapy. When I arrived, I was told THERE WAS NO APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR ME. I left the clinic, told that someone from the Scheduling Department would contact me. Several weeks later, I was finally called for a rescheduled appointment. Having to return that call was terrible. It was a great visit and accomplished all that I was there for. All staff were professional and courteous.
