I was arrested for DUI with a high BAC in San Mateo County. Unfortunately, I did not hire Marc til after the DMV hearing. He tried to resolve my case with the DA on favorable terms. However, the DA demanded I plead no-contest/guilty to an additional Refusal enhancement/charge. The DA told the Court that that they had incorrectly filed the case initially. My cousin has 4 criminal cases pending against them in North California, including a felony case involving criminal threats and a misdemeanor involving violation of a court order. She is the victim of a harassment campaign by a vindictive ex-boyfriend & his wife who will not leave her alone. Marc was accessible. He met with my cousin at the Jail then with me. Marc followed up a couple of days later explaining his plan and how he could help resolve all of these cases. This has been a big relief for our family.
