Never had a problem. Given plenty of notice for apartment tours. Staff is very kind. I somehow got my entire security deposit back which is kind of abnormal in Madison, WI. They also adjusted which rooms they were showing to hopefully allow me to resign if I got a job in Madison. It didn’t come to fruition but I really appreciated that gesture. The actual apartments were awesome as well. I will absolutely rent here again if I ever move back to Madison.

Lived at the Peloton for a year. Mostly leaving this review to say thanks to Traci for being an amazing property manager. She was always accessible, friendly, and so helpful. Outside of that, Peloton is a great place to live. Clean, modern apartments. Balconies, the gorgeous rooftop, and courtyard are all really nice. Maintenance requests were easy and quick though I rarely needed any. Free gym access at PK Fitness is an underrated perk.
