With daughter and son-in-law newly arrived in Madison have been keeping my eyes open for residency options. Was down in the Peleton Residences area grabbing lunch and saw the development and walked over, totally unannounced and with no appointment. Security was good but finally got in door by leasing office sign (must note let in by workmen fixing refrigerators in the lobby - an excellent first sign), and they directed me to the Leasing Office. We lived at Peloton Residences for 15 months and had a great experience! The apartments are well-maintained, the location is super convenient, and the leasing team, especially Tracy, Carson and Maintenance team were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Lived at Peloton for 7 months Pros: - best apartment gym you’ll find anywhere - Quiet, safe, nice neighborhood with close proximity to downtown - friendly staff - no hidden or unnecessary fees Cons: - washer and dryer suck, they destroyed a few pieces of clothing, and I always used delicate EDIT: it’s not that they were broken, they’re just lower quality appliances and anything with a string is at risk of getting pulled out or ripped - They will Show your apartment while you’re still occupying it.
