Lived at the Peloton for a year. Mostly leaving this review to say thanks to Traci for being an amazing property manager. She was always accessible, friendly, and so helpful. Outside of that, Peloton is a great place to live. Clean, modern apartments. Balconies, the gorgeous rooftop, and courtyard are all really nice. With daughter and son-in-law newly arrived in Madison have been keeping my eyes open for residency options. Was down in the Peleton Residences area grabbing lunch and saw the development and walked over, totally unannounced and with no appointment. Security was good but finally got in door by leasing office sign (must note let in by workmen fixing refrigerators in the lobby - an excellent first sign), and they directed me to the Leasing Office. We lived at Peloton Residences for 15 months and had a great experience! The apartments are well-maintained, the location is super convenient, and the leasing team, especially Tracy, Carson and Maintenance team were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Moving out was smooth, and we’d definitely recommend Peloton to anyone looking for a place in Madison!
