There's a sign on the front desk that says if a patient is 20 minutes late, the appointment must be re-scheduled. After waiting 40 minutes in a treatment room with someone still ahead of me, I had to leave. I was there an hour total at that point. I would have understood if there'd been an emergency, but the doctor's voice carried throughout and I had to listen to his long, involved conversation about fields he'd planted, rocks he'd moved, 800 lbs of fertilizer, and so on. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but its hard to find

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment?
