Thank you, thank you, thank you! Charles, Eric, Emilio, Conner and crew were awesome! We really appreciate their professionalism, dedication and work ethic. You have an amazing crew! When the job was completed, Eric explained everything and went over the equipment. He was impressive and we appreciated the personal touch. They cleaned up daily and left the house spotless. Pelle installed my Mini-split system 5.5 years ago. A year ago, we had a condenser fitting come off and we lost Freon and the AC system was minimally working. A technician came out and changed out the fitting and topped off the Freon. Fast forward to mid-July where the AC was again minimally working during a humid heat wave. A tech came out and told me that another fitting was leaking Freon and that ALL of the fittings needed to be replaced as they were most likely all going to fail. Cost to do this was $2500. I received 3 bids on my service request 2 recommended unit replacement and 1 stated I should replace my furnace. Both invoices over 10k. PELLE was the only contractor who actually opened the unit and found the issues. Unit was fixed in 24 hours and furnace was fine. Thank you so much for taking the few minutes to investigate and trouble shoot.
