Thank you, thank you, thank you! Charles, Eric, Emilio, Conner and crew were awesome! We really appreciate their professionalism, dedication and work ethic. You have an amazing crew! When the job was completed, Eric explained everything and went over the equipment. He was impressive and we appreciated the personal touch. They cleaned up daily and left the house spotless. I’ve used Pelle for over 10 years, and they continue to offer the best service in the bay. We had an issue last night with our AC unit and Pelle responded and addressed the issue within 3 hrs of calling. Conner was particularly exceptional—easy going and quick to diagnose the issue. He had all the parts on hand. I’ll recommend him and Pelle every time.

I received 3 bids on my service request 2 recommended unit replacement and 1 stated I should replace my furnace. Both invoices over 10k. PELLE was the only contractor who actually opened the unit and found the issues. Unit was fixed in 24 hours and furnace was fine. Thank you so much for taking the few minutes to investigate and trouble shoot.

I'm very happy with Pelle's work. The team was courteous and professional. They answered all my questions and always kept me up posted on their progress. Additional work was needed due to a noisy fan, and it was scheduled quickly and handled within a few days of the installation.

Paul can out and rebuilt the heater with success. He was very respectful and kept me informed every step of the way! His expertise was greatly appreciated! It was completely under warranty! No cost!! Highly recommend!!!
