The experience was five star from the original Estimator named Rafe to the installation crew of Erick and Sergio. They were on time, efficient and located the devices with a degree of expertise that was promised . I received 3 bids on my service request 2 recommended unit replacement and 1 stated I should replace my furnace. Both invoices over 10k. PELLE was the only contractor who actually opened the unit and found the issues. Unit was fixed in 24 hours and furnace was fine. Thank you so much for taking the few minutes to investigate and trouble shoot.
Receiving an answer to my questions was fast, efficient and exactly the answers I needed . My question was in regards to filling out tax papers for expenses on my home. Our service rep, Paul Mitchell, was outstanding. He answered all our questions and explained clearly what the issue was with our heat pump system. And, he gave us a thorough refresher course of how our new thermostat works. Thus far Pelle is rated A-++ from our experience.
