I wanted new windows but didn’t know anything about them. Pella was very helpful in getting me what I wanted for my house and my needs. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process. The installers were efficient and considerate. They finished ahead of schedule and my house is beautiful. We really loved every aspect of our interaction with this company. We met with 3 other companies, and none were as comfortable to do business with. Our representative, Aaron, was incredibly helpful without ever pushing us. We felt confident about every step of the process. And even though we had a freak cold snap (16 degrees!) on the day of the installation, the crew did everything they could to make the day as smooth as possible. I just got my windows installed thru Lowes. One of the windows doesn't lock at all. The holes for the window to lock are missing. I can send you pics. I am a female staying by myself in the woods and my window won't lock! To top that off I paid extra for the closures that are supposed to lock when you shut the window automatically. Not all of them lock, I have to finagle them to get them to lock. They are cheap plastic fixtures that I expect to break. I can't believe a company brand like Pella would do this.
