It’s been over a year since I’ve replaced all my windows. This product is subpar and the one year financing is very suspect. Please do your due diligence prior to making a major purchase!
Chris Meadows with Pella windows was amazing. He took the time to help me find the best and most cost-effective repair options for our job. He followed up throughout the entire process including the installation. The installation crew Including Anton and a few others, was also the best. They took time to cover the furniture and cabinets inside the house where the repairs were being performed. The installation fit perfectly.
Office ladies were very friendly. Warehouse guys were very efficient in unloading. Very fast considering items have to come off one at a time. Would for sure come back here.
Great experience with the service. Parker was top notch as a sales rep out of Auburn. Available, knowledgeable and everything happened as he said! The install crew of Austin, Colby and Nathaniel very professional and cleaned up! Polite, courteous and awesome ! Thank you for installing all our windows around the Christmas holiday easy!!
Service was outstanding. Anton and his Install Team professionally completed the window and door install without issue. At every step, they took meticulous care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. Furniture, floors, and work shoes were covered to protect surfaces. They treated my house as if it was their own. These guys exceeded my expectations and made this potentially "traumatic job" enjoyable.
