We had all of our sliding glass doors replaced several years ago with Pella Designer Series doors. We loved them so much that when it came time to replace our windows we went with Pella Designer Series windows. We love them too. Installation went well and follow up by the Pella technician promptly took care of the few final adjustments that needed to be made. We couldn't be happier.
I will talk here about 2 aspects that I rate as "Bad" and "Lousy" 1. Quality - While the quality of the windows looks very good (so far, it has been 2 months since the install), the way the installation and demolition was handled and completed was terrible. Pella hires contractors to do the demo and install, and I was told I was getting the BEST demo/install team.
