I'm thrilled with the service request for my broken glass window. Stephanie from the service center was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to help me get my window on the calendar to get it repaired. She was super friendly, easy to work with, and patient. I really appreciate her help.
DO NOT BUY PELLA!!! I had to replace my patio door urgently as the one I had broke. I looked into Andersen and also spoke to Lowe’s who recommended Pella. I was lied to and told it would take 2 weeks for my door to arrive. I ordered my door July 27, 2025. It was finally ready for installation September 29, 2025. When the installers came they took out the old door (which was being propped into place by my dining room table until that point), and unpacked the new door. The new door was already damaged. The people at Pella are all amazing. From the time I called in with questions to get windows and sliders serviced I was greeted with friendliness. The women on the phone were knowledgeable about all the products I needed help with. They set me up with ordering the right parts and getting an appointment for servicing. The service team arrived on time willing to listen to all my concerns. They knew exactly what needed to be done and had the knowledge and skills to complete all my requests. We had our Patio Door installd by Pella recently. The door is high quality and such a difference iver our previous Home Depot door. I stall team was great with Wilson providing all the instructions. April 22 and Wilson along with Nigel arrived to upgrade our louver handles. Ten minutes in and out all is looking great thanks guys Steve
