I replaced my 30 y.o. Pella Double Sliding door with blinds between the glass with an updated version two weeks ago. Nigel & Wilson's team finished the installation in one day as was scheduled. The team of 4 installers removed the old door and half circle window above the door expeditiously. They quickly determined the best way to get the "massive" and heavy new door onto my 2nd story deck. Then they proceeded to set the new door in place and worked with my home alarm technician to preserve the alarm wire for reinstallation.... read more

We had damage to a window recently from a hawk. Pella service was excellent; the replacement sash was done by Ryan. He was professional and knowledgeable. If we ever remodel a house in the future we likely would choose Pella again. Best service and people when you need it most.

You have the worst website I have ever used. I am trying to design a window layout for our remodel and you offer no information other than having an appointment. Wey. have purchased Pella in the past, but never again, given the worthless website -- this is a reflection of your company. There are no specifications to base your design, no dimensions,.etc. Whoever is doing your website should be fired.
