We had damage to a window recently from a hawk. Pella service was excellent; the replacement sash was done by Ryan. He was professional and knowledgeable. If we ever remodel a house in the future we likely would choose Pella again. Best service and people when you need it most.

You have the worst website I have ever used. I am trying to design a window layout for our remodel and you offer no information other than having an appointment. Wey. have purchased Pella in the past, but never again, given the worthless website -- this is a reflection of your company. There are no specifications to base your design, no dimensions,.etc. Whoever is doing your website should be fired.
We replaced all of the windows and a slider in our house. The entire Pella team was amazing. Seth Bailey did a great job explaining our options and worked through a complicated series of changes and additions to our order until we were satisfied with the choices and the price. He encouraged us to visit a showroom, which we did, and we were able to put our hands on the various types of windows, screens and blinds, which helped us make our final decisions. I just had a new Pella window installed. I thought it was leaking and Pella came out to check on it. Nigel, Wilson and Jose worked hard on trying to figure out where the leak was coming from. It was NOT the window and they helped identify the area of my house that appears to be leaking. I had been trying to figure this out for years. They were very nice and professional. I appreciate all the time they put into it.
